The death toll from an earthquake in Indonesia's Lombok island has risen to 460, Daily Telegraph reported. 

As a result of the disaster, 7,700 people were injured, nearly 72,000 houses, hundreds of schools and dozens of hospitals were destroyed and more than 417,000 have been displaced.

The August 5 earthquake struck a week after a slightly weaker quake caused 20 deaths on Lombok.
