YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 1, ARMENPRESS. The official visit of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to Germany continues. Following the meetings with the German Chancellor and President of Bundestag, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier received Nikol Pashinyan at the Presidential Bellevue Palace.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier highlighted the official visit of the Armenian Premier to Germany, which is a good opportunity for discussing the prospects for deepening both bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Armenia and Germany. President Frank-Walter Steinmeier emphasized that high level political dialogue exists between Armenia and Germany, which should be continuously strengthened and used for developing the cooperation in other spheres as well.

Thanking for the warm reception, PM Pashinyan noted that Germany is an important partner for Armenia, and the Government of Armenia is ready to continue the active interstate dialogue.

The interlocutors discussed issues referring to expanding the Armenian-German partnership, Armenia-EU relations and the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement, regional and international agenda.
