The incoming calls received on the number within the service are charged from the receiving party. In case of direct calls to phone numbers with 060 prefix, the calls are charged from the caller’s party. The advantages of the service include: – Rapid notification of clients – Increased productivity of customer support – Retaining unified, recognizable, advertised phone numbers in case of changes in Company’s employee phone numbers – Comfortable use of unified multichannel phone number for advertising – Simple use without the need for any additional equipment – Efficiency in processing all incoming calls independent of the quantity – No need to increase the number of phone lines in your office The service is available only for receiving incoming calls. Tariffication of the calls is performed on per second base.
