Armenian and Russian citizens have been detained along the lines of the investigation into the recent 20-second-long robbery of a currency exchange office in downtown Istanbul, Turkey.

After robbing the currency exchange office, the suspects had fled to Bursa town, according to Haberler news portal of the country.

Police, however, followed the suspects and apprehended them at a tea house.

A large amount of money and jewelry was found in the hotel room of these suspects.

It is noted that one of the detainees is Armenian citizen Gevorg A.

This robbery had caused quite a stir by its “professionalism,” and Turkish websites had called it a “movie-like robbery.”
