Russian border guards stop Turkish citizen from entering Armenia
Russian border guards have caught a stranger who was attempting to cross Turkey’s border with Armenia. The trespasser, a citizen of Turkey born in 1972, was caught near the Armenian village of Yeghegnavan in Artashat, Russia’s Federal Security Service in Armenia reports. The man said that he was a shepherd and was forced to cross the border in order to find animals which had separated from the herd.
