The situation remains tense outside the building of the parliament in Yerevan. Member of Alternative Mayor's Office initiative Sona Aghekyan appeared at the scene with red balloons and a bottle filled with red-colored water. She was set to pour the liquid on the entrance of the National Assembly to symbolize the guilt of the authorities for the blood of the servicemen killed in the war.
