A Yerevan first instance court ruled to release Armenia’s Former Deputy Health Minister Arsen Davtyan, charged with taking large bribes, on a bail of 15,000,000 drams.
The motion had been filed by lawyers Tigran Ghazaryan and Yerem Davtyan from Ghazaryan and Partners Law Firm, the company reported.
The former official will be released after paying the full sum, the firm said.
