The former deputy chief of the Armenian parliament staff, Arsen Babayan has already left the Vardashen Penitentiary.
Babayan, who was arrested on 21 October, is accused of involvement in a “usurpation of power” resulting in Hrayr Tovmasyan’s appointment as Constitutional Court chairman in 2018.
