PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s third President Serzh Sargsyan has said that the nations needs to get rid of “a weak and immoral leader who has plunged the state into a total disorder” in order to have a victorious army.
Sargsyan made the remarks in his speech published on Saturday, January 28 - the 31st anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army.
