We have informed the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries [Russia, US, and France] about the matter of Karen Ghazaryan, who found himself in Azerbaijani territory.
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, on Sunday told the aforementioned to reporters.
