
Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian’s official visit to Indonesia kicked off Tuesday with his talk with his Indonesian colleague, Retno Marsudi.
They discussed the avenues for the development of bilateral relations as well as current regional and international matters.
The Armenian FM noted that his visit to capital city Jakarta aims to further develop friendly relations with Indonesia. Nalbandian stressed that progress has been achieved in bilateral relations, ever since his previous visit to Indonesia.
The two ministers underscored the need to hold regular consultations between their ministries. Also, they expressed satisfaction with the establishment of direct ties between the educational institutions of the two ministries.
