
YEREVAN. – From the very start, Azerbaijan adopted the policy of resolving the Karabakh conflict by force, and it follows this policy until now.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan, on Wednesday stated the abovementioned speaking at a conference, entitled “The Breakthrough of the Blockade of Stepanakert: 25 Years Later,” being held in capital city Yerevan.
“While Azerbaijan was hiding this [policy] in the past, now it speaks openly about it,” stressed the deputy FM. “Azerbaijani authorities have not given up the terrorism policy [of theirs] being conducted at state level.”
In Kocharyan’s words, we are dealing with a subject that stands ready to renounce agreements at any time, and, first and foremost, this refers to maintaining the ceasefire.
