On October 5, Armenia’s Court of Appeals rejected a motion to release activist Andrias Ghukasyan.
Talking to A1+, lawyer Karen Mejlumyan said they had been offered to pay one million dollars as a pledge but the court was not bound to determine the collateral sum. The prosecutor did not even say on what grounds the petition was rejected.
