Citizen Observer initiative: Armenia parliamentary election did not reflect freedom of expression

YEREVAN. – The Citizen Observer initiative on Monday issued a statement in connection with Sunday’s National Assembly election in Armenia.

Accordingly, the initiative’s observers on Sunday carried out observation mission at 1,521 election precincts throughout the country, and during which they recorded 2,131 cases of electoral fraud.
