
Azerbaijan is upset over US Secretary of State John Kerry’s recent statement with respect to the prospects for a resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Speaking at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that, “The recent statements from America cause surprise, to put it mildly,” reported APA news agency of Azerbaijan.
