YEREVAN. – The world will change under the leadership of US President-elect Donald Trump.
Ambassador Ara Papyan, Modus Vivendi Center Director and political scientist, noted the abovementioned at a press conference on Friday.
“We need to wait [as to whether] the change will be for the better or worse,” he added. “But I’m full of hope that [it will be] for the better, in terms of Armenia. Trump is a bit unpredictable; [but] there may also be interesting developments in it for us.”
As per the political scientist, the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict is more important and urgent now. In addition, reparations for Armenian Genocide are more important than its recognition.
