The Warsaw Mayor’s Office jointly with the Embassy of Armenia organized on Tuesday a symbolic tree planting event in the Poland’s capital “My mother” park on the occasion of the 650th anniversary of the special privilege granted to the first Armenian diocese in Poland by Polish King Casimir the Great in 1367.
As the press department at the foreign ministry reported, during the ceremony Warsaw Vice Mayor Michael Olshchevsky, Ambassador of Armenia to Poland Edgar Ghazaryan delivered opening remarks.
