Armenian PM, Artsakh President discuss ongoing works for overcoming consequences of 2020 War

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation today with President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan, the PM’s Office reports.
