These elections are anti-competitive, there are many fake candidates – Yelk (video)

On November 5, local self-government elections will be held in 69 communities of Armenia.

As it is known, only Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Orinats Yerkir and Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) have submitted for these elections.

Why does not Yelk (Way out) participate in these elections?
