Armenian Security Council Secretary, Russian Ambassador highlight need for quick start of demarcation, delimitation

Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met today with Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin, the Office of the Secretary said in a statement.
