Armenia launches 1358 criminal cases into draft, mobilization invasion

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Investigative Committee of Armenia has launched as many as 1358 criminal cases into crimes committed by the servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the Defense Army of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) against the order of military service, as well as on cases of avoiding mobilization during the hostilities in Artsakh.

So far, charges have been brought against 425 people, including under articles on evasion of military service, training or mobilization, failure to comply with an order, desertion and refusal to perform military service duties.
