Today, at news conference, Levon Shirinyan told that after the velvet revolution, Armenia’s strategy has changed in relations with Azerbaijan. Strategies have become preventive. The politician positively assesses the changes and urges not to be afraid of the accumulation of the Azerbaijani forces.
