German Chancellor Angela Merkel sent a congratulatory letter to acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, reports Armenpress.
The letter runs as follows:
“Dear Mr. acting Prime Minister,
I warmly congratulate you on your victory in the elections.
