Armenian FM receives EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, AMENPRESS. Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar on February 11.
