Paruyr Hovhannisyan recalled from the post of Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe

By the decree of the President of Armenia, Paruyr Hovhannisyan was recalled from the post of Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe, ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the President’s office.
