58 out of those released under amnesty last year in Armenia have again committed a crime, ARMENPRESS reports Chief of Police of Armenia Valeri Osipyan said this at a briefing with journalists.
"About 58 out of those released under amnesty have committed a crime. 104 cases of crime have been recorded. They were different types of crimes, " Osipyan said.
Osipyan mentioned that there has been a certain increase in criminal cases in general, but it is not so much to worry about. They are mostly thefts.
