Commenting on the publicizing of the US Nuclear Posture Review (NPR), the National Defense Ministry of China noted that the country continues to remain committed to the principle of non-use of nuclear weapons, and not to threaten countries without nuclear capabilities with that weapon, according to Kommersant newspaper of Russia.
