More than 700 lawsuits against Azerbaijan over the protection of rights of civilians and Armenian soldiers during the April war were submitted to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Gevorg Kostanyan – Armenian Government’s authorized representative at the ECHR, Adviser to Armenia’s President, said at a meeting with reporters on March 16, “Armenpress” reported.
He said Armenia’s Government was officially notified about this by the ECHR.
