Norway will not give Halti mountain to Finland as a present on centenary of Finland’s independence, since it can cause many problems, announced the Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg. According to her any change of borders between the countries will raise complex legal issues, including those connected with the country's constitution. At the same time the Prime Minister promised to look for another present for Finland on the coming anniversary, reports the Reuters.
