An alarming call from the Dzoraghbyur cottages

There are no irrigation water in the cottages in Dzoraghbyur. Healthy logic suggests that this is wrong. Perhaps this is a criminal error. Everyone knows that trees and bushes need water. Especially in summer.

However, this simple truth does not reach some dullheads who are engaged in providing water for irrigation. Local responsible industries annually “with serious persons” find an excuse for not giving water for months. “The engine has deteriorated”, “the pump is damaged”, “Hitler is not there”.
