Speaker of Parliament of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan on October 24 met with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić in Strasbourg on the sidelines of the PACE European Conference of Presidents of Parliament, the Armenian Parliament told Armenpress.
Marija Pejčinović Burić said the CoE carefully follows the ongoing reforms in Armenia in particular in the judicial sector, highlighting the role of the Parliament in this context. She urged to continue the reforms and expressed readiness to continue providing support.
