The Government of Armenia adopted a decision on Thursday allowing the Office of the Prime Minister to procure metallographic analysis from Mountain Metallurgy Institute CJSC of 131 duplicate samples through the state procurement protocol from one person.
To note, Armenia’s Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body has been conducting inspections at the Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) in Syunik province since July 8 of the ongoing year, while the term of inspections is limited to 15 working days by law.
Considering the scope and volume of the inspection work, the term can be extended to 10 continuous working days, while for business entities with total turnover or revenue amounting to 3,0 billion AMD in the reported financial year, it can be extended to 75 continuous working days. Based on the above-mentioned, inspections at ZCMC were further extended to 75 working days.
