Azerbaijan: Dashkasan District’s executive damages his fingers trying to break “Armenian flag

An event dedicated to the Flag Day was held in the Dashkasan District, Azerbaijan, on November 9. During the event, the chief executive of the district, AhadAbiyev, known for his extravagant statements and strange behavior, broke the Colombian flag made of slate with a punch confusing it with the Armenian flag, Minval.az reports.
Meanwhile, Report.az writes that Abiyev insists the flag made of slate was the flag of Armenia, and it was held upside-down. According to him, those, who say that the broken Armenian flag was the flag of Colombia, “play into the hands of the Armenians.”
In its turn, Bizimyol.info writes that the “Armenian flag” broke AhadAbiyev’s hand, when he defiantly punched it in front of the participants of the event.
Reportedly, during the event, several militaries brought the flag made of slate and desperately tried to break it. However, AhadAbiyev stated he would do it himself damaging...
