Armenian Ambassador to the Netherlands Tigran Balayan on April 1 met with President of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ), vice-chairman of the Netherlands Council for the Judiciary, Kees Sterk, the Armenian foreign ministry told Armenpress.
