Azerbaijan targeting Stepanakert despite ceasefire

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan is targeting the Nagorno-Karabakh capital of Stepanakert despite a humanitarian ceasefire agreed upon for the exchange of bodies and prisoners of war, the Karabakh Infocenter reports.

Minutes before the ceasefire was set to come into effect on Saturday, October 10, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan launched drone strikes, using a large number of UAV's. Also Saturday, the Azerbaijani military struck the residential areas of Karabakh's capital Stepanakert with missiles, launched a drone strike near Yeritsvank community of Karabakh (Artakh), as well as hit the Artsvanik settlement near Kapan, Armenia.
