Igor Muradyan, one of the early leaders of the Karabakh Movement of the late 1980s, died today in Yerevan.
Muradyan was born on April 29, 1957 in Karabakh and grew up in Baku.
He had just returned to Armenia after being treated at a U.S. medical facility for an unspecified ailment.
