Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for light passenger vehicles as of 5:30pm Friday, the Armenian Embassy in Georgia told the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies.
The road that connects Armenia and Russia via Georgia is currently closed for cargo trucks, the ministry said.
