Gallup International Association: 26.4% of Armenia respondents plan to vote for Tsarukyan alliance

YEREVAN. – If the parliamentary election in Armenia were held next Sunday, 26.4 percent of respondents would vote for Tsarukyan alliance [which is led by opposition Prosperous Armenia Party Chairman and businessman MP, Gagik Tsarukyan].

Director of the Gallup International Association Armenia Office, Aram Navasardyan, stated the above-said at a press conference on Monday, as he presented the starting indicators—based on the results of a pre-election sociological survey that was conducted in the country from February 23 to March 2—of the political parties and alliances that are running for parliament.

In his words, 22.8 percent of respondents would vote for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia.
