In 2018, A1 Group established a Business Center in Shengavit, joining under one roof companies operating in IT, marketing, accounting and other spheres, Converse Bank reported.
“The building represented a rather attractive architectural solution that required reconstruction. Given the growing interest in business premises, the idea came up to reconstruct and transform the building into a Business Center, which we did in cooperation with Converse Bank. This remarkable building which we got as a result, was due to our cooperation with the bank”, - says Ashot Grigoryan, representative of A1 Group.
According to him, recently the demand for business premises has been demonstrating growth, and the company intends to establish another Business Center.
