YEREVAN. – The Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia, Ashot Manukyan, received Mark Pritchard, the UK Trade and Investment Envoy to Armenia and Georgia. British Ambassador Judith Farnworth also attended this talk.
First, Manukyan expressed satisfaction with respect to launching Armenian-British cooperation in the energy sector, the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Also, the minister reflected on renewable energy projects in Armenia, especially the construction of solar thermal collectors.
Ambassador Farnworth, for her part, noted that the British government stands ready to make economic cooperation with Armenia grow deeper.
