
"May our citizens living in Armenia and Artsakh presume that new regions from Armenia and Artsakh will be handed over to Azerbaijan for preventing a new war or its resumption," lawmaker from "I have Honour" faction Tigran Abrahamyan asked Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday during the Q/A session with parliamentarians.
Abrahamyan recalled that some territories were surrendered to Azerbaijan not envisaged by the November 9 trilateral statement. In his words, territories lost as a result of the military actions had a different status which was not the case with Qarvachar (Qelbajar), Akna regions (Aghdam), Qashatagh.
