YEREVAN. – We will have alternative freight-transport routes when the Upper Lars motorway [between the Georgia-Russia borders] is closed.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, on Friday wrote about the aforesaid on his Facebook page.
