A complaint on the murder of 38 Armenian prisoners of war (POWs) has been filed with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), human rights activist Siranush Sahakyan said during the presentation of the new report on state responsibility of Azerbaijan for torture and inhuman treatment of Armenian prisoners held in Baku on Wednesday.
“Apart from the issues of Armenian POWs, we have filed 38 complaints on cases of violation of the right to life. Moreover, we are studying several dozen murder cases based on preliminary facts, but are just waiting for the results of examinations," Sahakyan said.
