PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Wednesday, October 29 told UK's Minister for European Neighbourhood and the Americas Wendy Morton that Azerbaijan has once again renounced its obligations.
Citing the agreement reached in Washington, DC on October 25 to establish a humanitarian ceasefire, the Foreign Minister said Azerbaijan, once again demonstrating its treacherous character, continues to deliberately target the civilian population and infrastructure of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), also using internationally prohibited weapons.
