Azerbaijan released the two Iranian cargo truck drivers who were arrested on parts of the Goris-Kapan road which has gone under Azerbaijani control.
The Iranian state news agency IRNA reports citing the Azeri state customs committee that Shahroud Norouzi and Ja'far Barzegar have been released “relying on good will, good neighborliness, mutual respect, and human principles”.
