Armenia's Foreign Ministry has issued a statement regarding the provocative action by Azerbaijan in adjacent territories of Yeraskh settlement, as a result of which Samvel Gagik Alaverdyan, a contract serviceman of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia was fatally shot by a sniper.
