PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said it is necessary to introduce effective international monitoring on the the Nagorno Karabakh contact line and the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Pashinyan on Thursday, July 23 urged a permanent monitoring mechanism that would record when and which side violated the ceasefire.
He said that the mechanism that existed before the epidemic is in fact very limited, and maintained that aն improved monitoring mission could be implemented by the office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
