"Our primary task is to start discussions about the return of Armenian prisoners and civilians kept in Baku amid the new demands put forward by Azerbaijan," MP from opposition "I have Honor" faction Tigran Abrahamyan told reporters on Tuesday at parliament.
In the words of the parliamentarian, the main problem of Armenia started from the November 9 trilateral statement where no dates were fixed for the implementation of the provision on return of all detainees and prisoners unlike the point envisaging the handover of territories.
