Turkey is in talks with Russia for the purchase of Russian-made passenger aircraft, Daily Sabah reported on Sunday citing a Russian official.
The two countries are discussing the delivery of the MC-21 passenger plane and Sukhoi Superjet 100 (Turkey considers buying Russian passenger aircraft), Yuriy Slyusar, the president of Russia's United Aircraft Corporation, told reporters on Saturday, according to Ahval.
"Yes, we are discussing both the MS-21 and the Superjet," Slyusar said, according to Daily Sabah.
