Putin says Washington refuses to publish Syrian ceasefire deal

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin is expressing frustration at Washington's refusal to publish the Syrian ceasefire deal reached with Russia, but says Moscow won't unilaterally release it.
